U.S. Highway 301.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2022 Balm Riverview LLC sold the property to Trondheim LLC, according to a deed filed with the Hillsborough County Clerk. Chick-fil-A remains on the property under a ground lease \u2014 but before Trondheim could buy the land, the restaurant chain had the chance to buy it itself.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chick-fil-A passed. The ground lease gave the company a right of first refusal, which it declined in an Aug. 28 letter clearing the property for the sale to Trondheim. Chick-fil-A preserved that right for future offers covered by the lease.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Balm Road restaurant opened Aug. 20 with Lorena Kurtjian Hernandez as its local owner-operator.
