(WCTV) &#8211; Expecting another round of showers and storms today, but not as widespread as yesterday or Friday\u2019s round. <\/p>\n<p>Not as many showers<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">As you plan out your Sunday, some morning showers and storms are expected mostly along the coastal Big Bend and Florida Panhandle. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The other weather worry, which is minor, is morning fog through about 9 a.m. This is the time of year when onshore wind can give us these foggy mornings. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Otherwise, it is a warm and humid start to the day. Plan on a hot afternoon with temperatures getting into the low to mid 90s. Plenty of sunshine to begin the day after morning fog breaks. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Partly sunny this afternoon with rain coverage highest during the late afternoon and early evening, but it will be the hit-or-miss variety. Although a few showers are possible, both days look mainly dry and HOT with temperatures climbing into the mid-90s. Lows on Thursday morning will be the coolest start to the day we have seen since June 25th (69 degrees). <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Wednesday looks sunny and warm with highs in the 90s, but feeling like upper 80s with strong northeast winds. Brighter this afternoon and evening. West winds around 5 knots. Seas 1 foot or less. Smooth on the bays and protected waters. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Monday: A few showers and storms. Partly to mostly sunny. Northwest wind 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 foot or less. Smooth on the bays and protected waters. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tuesday: A stray shower. Mostly sunny. Northeast winds 5 to 15 knots. Gusts up to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas around 2 feet. A moderate chop on the bays and protected waters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Wednesday: Mostly sunny and breezy. Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots. Gusts up to 30 knots. Waves 4 to 8 feet. Rough bays and protected waters. Rip current risk is expected to be high.<\/p>\n<p>Tropical Update<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">While there is no major concern in the Atlantic or Gulf, the National Hurricane Center has introduced its first area of interest in some time. However, conditions may improve next week.
