Revised plans for the first phase call for 340 apartments, 102 of which will be designated as income-restricted housing. Fifty-one will be reserved for households earning up to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), while another 51 will be reserved for households earning up to 120 percent of the AMI.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42031\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Screenshot-2026-09-13-at-9.31.37-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"680\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The venture will host 12 buildings across multiple phases. Image from Azalea 33710<\/p>\n<p>The remaining 238 homes would be unrestricted market-rate units. The 340 apartments would be divided among three buildings. The subsequent phases would bring the final number of buildings to 12. Each phase would offer a host of communal amenities, including but not limited to a swimming pool.<\/p>\n<p>Porter Development recently secured $63.5 million in financing to guide Azalea Cay to completion. The venture has been in the works for nearly six years, with two revisions made during that period.
