When Tina Turnbow refuses to eat it \u2014 and after her other family members fall unconscious \u2014 Erica whips out a syringe and admonishes her: \u201cI told you to eat your damn pie!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universal paid homage to this scene with one of the treats available at Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando, with a miniature vanilla cream pie topped with a fondant speech-bubble decoration of Erica\u2019s line.
