Floorplans would range from micro-studios to three-bedroom layouts, and there will be a single penthouse with its own private terrace.<\/p>\n<p>Communal amenities at Woma would include a rooftop swimming pool and deck, spa, and comprehensive fitness center. There would also be public gathering space and a movie room \u2013 along with numerous other offerings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42041\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Screenshot-2026-09-14-at-3.56.10-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"835\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The venture will measure six stories. Image by MVRDV<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the residences, Woma will host 15,584 square feet of ground-floor retail space. It will be divided up into 13 leasable spaces. Uribe Schwarzkopf is the developer. Woma marks the developer\u2019s first project in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>The firm purchased the 1.1-acre site for $25 million in June. The site is mostly vacant, save a duplex. The site\u2019s previous owner, Kambucha, wanted to proceed with a six-story mixed-use venture in 2024, but those plans never came to fruition. The firm is one of the minority owners in the new Woma project.<\/p>\n<p>Uribe Schwarzkopf is working with multiple designers on the project, including MVRDV, Kobi Karp, and fashion designer Rosita Hurtado.
