Michael DiCosimo, Joshua Odessky and Miguel Pedersen of JLL secured the two-year, floating-rate loan through Shelter Growth Capital Partners on behalf of the buyer, Volta Global.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Westland Plaza was built in 1979 and renovated in 2008. The property comprises 50,000 square feet of retail space across three buildings, along with a 60,000-square-foot, three-story self-storage facility.
