JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 A man was shot early Tuesday morning on Normandy Boulevard, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
Officers were first called to Normandy Boulevard, less than half a mile east of Lane Avenue South, around 2 a.m. Tuesday because of a report that someone was shot.<\/p>\n
JSO said the man suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening.<\/p>\n
Police are still searching for the shooter and said the man who was shot is not cooperating with investigators.<\/p>\n
JSO said there are no indications that the shooting was gang-related or domestic, and it\u2019s unclear how or if the shooter and victim might know each other.<\/p>\n
The community\u2019s assistance is critical in this investigation, JSO said.<\/p>\n
