(CBS12)  \u2014 A Riviera Beach man was caught on aerial video speeding through Martin County streets, running red lights and weaving through traffic while fleeing law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>According to Martin County Jail records, Derwyn Edwards faces charges of first-degree petit theft and aggravated fleeing with injury or damage.
