Plans call for 700 to 900 multifamily units, 250 hotel rooms, 130,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and hospitality space, 55,000 square feet of office and medical space, four parking garages and a 45-slip marina. The Community Redevelopment Agency approved $45.75 million in tax-increment rebates Sept. 9.
