JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan<\/a> remains one of the richest people in America, according to Forbes\u2019 2026 ranking of the 400 Richest People in America<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On this year\u2019s list, Khan was ranked No. 70 with a net worth of $16.5 billion. In 2025, Khan was ranked No. 74 with a net worth of $14.3 billion.<\/p>\n

His net worth has grown $2.2 billion in the past year.<\/p>\n

Forbes\u2019 list of billionaires<\/a>, released in April, listed Khan\u2019s worth as $15 billion. Khan was ranked No. 193 on that list.<\/p>\n

Currently, Forbes<\/a> has valued the Jaguars at $8.05 billion, bringing them in at No. 29 among the NFL\u2019s 32 teams.<\/p>\n

Khan paid $770 million for the Jaguars in 2011. In June 2024<\/a>, the Jacksonville City Council approved a $1.4 billion deal for the Stadium of the Future renovations at EverBank Stadium. Those renovations are set to be completed by the beginning of the 2028 season.<\/p>\n

Among NFL owners, five ranked ahead of Khan.<\/p>\n

Rob Walton, Denver Broncos owner, and his family were ranked at No. 11 with a worth of $132 billion.David Tepper, owner of the Carolina Panthers, was ranked at No. 39 with a worth of $28.5 billion.Stanley Kroenke, the owner of the Los Angeles Rams, came in at No. 41 with a worth of $27.6 billion.Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and his family came in at No. 49 with a worth of $23.5 billion.Stephen Ross, owner of the Miami Dolphins, came in at No. 56 with a net worth of $21.5 billion.<\/p>\n

Khan, 75, first made his fortune as the owner of an auto parts company called Flex-N-Gate.<\/p>\n

In 2013, he added to his sports ownership portfolio, buying Fulham FC, a soccer club in England.<\/p>\n
