The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for Matt Pawlowski, a 48-year-old paddleboarder last seen Monday morning off Jupiter Beach.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Coast Guard said it continued its search throughout the night with air and surface crews continuing the search on Tuesday. The search is based on Pawlowski\u2019s last-known position, drift patterns and possible routes.<\/p>\n
Sources confirmed to WPBF 25 News on Tuesday that Pawlowski is the Vice President at NextEra Energy in Juno Beach.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for Matt Pawlowski, a 48-year-old paddleboarder last seen Monday morning off Jupiter Beach. He was last seen heading east aboard a 14-foot lime green and yellow paddleboard on Monday, September 14, 2026.<\/p>\n

NextEra Energy is the parent company of Florida Power & Light (FPL).<\/p>\n
The Coast Guard Air Station Miami, Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Station Lake Worth Inlet, Station Fort Pierce, Coast Guard Cutter William Flores along with multiple local law enforcement agencies are assisting in the search.<\/p>\n
Anyone with information that can assist in the search for Pawlowski is asked to contact the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Miami at 305-535-4472.<\/p>\n
