\n\tFaena Residences Miami<\/a> is giving a first look at the residences at the top of the two-tower development along the Miami River. The $250 million collection stretches from the 62nd to the 67th floors and includes Sky Villas, Sky Lofts, and penthouses, with some of the building\u2019s biggest homes\u2014and biggest price tags\u2014situated on the uppermost floors.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe collection is part of Faena\u2019s first standalone residential project, developed by Fortune International Group with KAR Properties. The towers are connected by a three-story bridge housing Faena Rose, a 45,000-square-foot private club and cultural space. There are also restaurants, wellness facilities, private lounges, screening rooms, dedicated marine concierge services for boat arrivals, and on-site cultural programming for residents.<\/p>\n

\n\tFaena Design Studio worked with London-based Bryan O\u2019Sullivan Studio<\/a> on the interiors, marking the firm\u2019s first project in Miami. The homes layer rich textures and sculptural details, while large terraces extend the living spaces outdoors. O\u2019Sullivan is also behind the design at Chilston Court<\/a>, the Robert A.M. Stern-designed residential development taking shape in Greenwich, Connecticut.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe collection\u2019s crown residence is a two-level penthouse spanning more than 15,000 square feet, with about 8,200 square feet inside and another 6,900 square feet of exterior space, including a private rooftop with a pool and an outdoor fitness area. At that scale, it feels less like a patio and more like another floor of the apartment, overlooking the Miami River, Biscayne Bay, and the downtown skyline, with ample space for lounging, dining, and entertaining.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe penthouse is asking $39.5 million, with the remainder of the collection starting at $6.9 million. Edgardo Defortuna, president, CEO and founder of Fortune International Group, pointed to the project\u2019s international buyer base and what he called \u201cthe continued strength of Miami\u2019s luxury residential market.\u201d That strength is reflected in the $30 million<\/a> sale of the penthouse at the top of the second tower earlier this summer. The developers say it was the largest residential sale ever recorded on the Miami River.<\/p>\n
