ORLANDO, Fla. \u2014 The event features seasonal botanical displays, autumn foliage and a slate of community events held across the 50-acre grounds.<\/p>\n

Established in 1961, Leu Gardens<\/a> spans 50 acres and includes more than 40 plant displays and collections.<\/p>\n

The autumn programming includes the Garden Chicken Hunt, an interactive scavenger hunt with hidden chicken figures placed throughout the grounds.<\/p>\n

Visitors can also buy seasonal items at the Foxtail Marketplace Caf\u00e9 or purchase treats from Kelly\u2019s Homemade Ice Cream while visiting the gardens.<\/p>\n

Admission and parking<\/p>\n

General admission to the gardens is $15 for adults and $10 for children under age 18.<\/p>\n

Admission is free for children 3 and under, active military personnel and garden members.<\/p>\n

Parking is free, and the property is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.<\/p>\n

Fall events at Leu Gardens<\/p>\n

The fall lineup opened with Craft Day on Sept. 12.<\/p>\n

Science Saturday is scheduled for Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature interactive science demonstrations.<\/p>\n

Movie Night will take place Oct. 2 at 7:30 p.m. with an outdoor film screening.<\/p>\n

Free Admission Day, presented by Orlando Health, will be held Oct. 5 and Nov. 2.<\/p>\n

On both dates, the Orange County Library System will present Story Time at 10 a.m. for infants through preschool-aged children.<\/p>\n

A ticketed Jazz & Blues Concert featuring Central Florida musicians is scheduled for Oct. 17 at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n

Dog Day returns on Halloween<\/p>\n

Leu Gardens will hold Dog Day on Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., allowing leashed dogs on the grounds.<\/p>\n

Dog Day includes a Doggie Boutique with pet vendors from 9 a.m. to noon and three Hall-O-Ween Canine Contests beginning at 10 a.m.<\/p>\n

The seasonal events and autumn foliage displays will run through Nov. 2.<\/p>\n
