(CBS12) \u2014 A months-long investigation into a known Jacksonville drug house resulted in a major drug bust, according to the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jaxsheriff.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>JSO says that their investigation began in July when its detectives learned that dealers were selling methamphetamine and cocaine out of a home on East 61st Street near Panama Park.<\/p>\n<p>After building a strong case, the <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/topic\/Jacksonville\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Jacksonville <\/a>Sheriff\u2019s Office served a search warrant of the home on Sept. 3.<\/p>\n<p>See also: <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/news\/crime\/boca-raton-woman-charged-after-allegedly-hurling-stones-at-occupied-vehicles-police-say-florida-news-florida-crime-local-news-local-crime-boca-raton-crime-boca-raton-police\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Boca Raton woman charged after allegedly hurling stones at occupied vehicles, police say<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Inside of the home, JSO found 29.6 grams of fentanyl \u2014 worth nearly 15,000 fatal doses \u2014 225.1 grams of powder cocaine, 184 grams of methamphetamine, 51.4 grams of crack cocaine, 621.8 grams of marijuana, 4 handguns, 2 rifles, and nearly $10,000 in cash.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Holmes, 37, and Chelsea Dillaberry, 26, were arrested in the drug bust. Holmes \u2014 already a convicted felon \u2014 racked up 13 charges, and Dillaberry is being hit with 3 charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"JACKSONVILLE, Fla.
