{"id":401767,"date":"2026-09-16T19:26:54","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T19:26:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/401767\/"},"modified":"2026-09-16T19:26:54","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T19:26:54","slug":"bocelli-modern-italian-will-open-second-location-in-largo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/401767\/","title":{"rendered":"Bocelli Modern Italian will open second location in Largo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The menu will largely mirror Bocelli\u2019s South Tampa location, with Italian classics across antipasti, salads, pasta, pizza, entr\u00e9es, sandwiches, and desserts. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Guests can expect meatballs and arancini, chicken and veal parmesan, wood-fired pizzas, and heartier dishes like filet mignon and short rib, followed by cannoli or tiramisu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Its best-selling dishes include cavatelli alla vodka and bolognese, while its housemade selections include spaghetti, ravioli, and gnocchi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The restaurant also serves several dishes connected to Utica, New York, where its chef is from, including chicken riggies, a regional pasta dish with chicken, Pecorino Romano, red onions, sweet and hot peppers, marinara, and rigatoni pasta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The larger Largo kitchen should allow the restaurant to expand its catering business, particularly for corporate lunches, City Hall staff, and private events. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Mythack said that opportunity is less available near the South Tampa restaurant, where there are fewer offices.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Bocelli opened in South Tampa in 2022 by Mythack and partners Michael Cardoni, Lucas Krillies, and Scott Smith.
