This fine-dining hot spot is known for its indulgent $200 pizza tasting menu. Inspectors were impressed by the dramatic ambiance\u2014highlighted by American-style lighting, designer furnishings, a towering vertical wine cellar and signature Caserta-style caged ovens. Judges praised the staff&#8217;s detailed product knowledge, the excellent eggplant Parmigiana and the perfectly balanced ricotta and salami pizza. Owner and pizza chef Carmine received special recognition for his constant presence at the oven, ensuring top-tier consistency alongside sweet deals like their $10 Tuesday Margherita.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/miami\/restaurants\/miami-slice\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Miami Slice<\/a> rounds out the worldwide list at number 100. This spot reinterprets New York slice counter culture through a Miami lens.
