Puterbaugh. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Deputies received a tip on September 13 that a video existed of Puterbaugh abusing the puppy. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The video contained Puterbaugh repeatedly hitting his 6-week-old puppy, then the disposing of it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysuncoast.com\/2026\/09\/16\/woman-arrested-after-engaging-sexual-activity-with-dog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.mysuncoast.com\/2026\/09\/16\/woman-arrested-after-engaging-sexual-activity-with-dog\/\">Woman charged after engaging in sexual activity with a dog, sheriff says<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Investigators located Puterbaugh in his home where he was arrested Sept. 16.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The home was searched and they found more videos of Puterbaugh abusing the animal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Puterbaugh received felony charges of aggravated animal cruelty and violation of probation. <\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WWSB.
