{"id":402960,"date":"2026-09-17T22:46:20","date_gmt":"2026-09-17T22:46:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/402960\/"},"modified":"2026-09-17T22:46:20","modified_gmt":"2026-09-17T22:46:20","slug":"lien-leniency-for-lakes-landowners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/402960\/","title":{"rendered":"Lien leniency for Lakes landowners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamilakes-fl.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Town of Miami Lakes<\/a> is giving property owners with active liens a final opportunity to take advantage of a lien reduction.<\/p>\n<p>Property owners with active code enforcement liens can take advantage of the program until Nov. 2.<\/p>\n<p>For a property to be considered, its code violation must first be corrected.
