UCF Rosen College Associate Professor Dr. Arthur Huang, who teaches Smart Travel and Tourism, said AI could make the planning process more efficient for travelers.

The Disney World tool currently does not include extras such as Lightning Lanes or dining reservations.

Disney is not the first Orlando tourism company to experiment with AI.

Last month, Universal Orlando Resort introduced a similar tool called “UNI,” exclusively for travel agency partners.
