Latitude Group<\/a> has landed a $27.9 million loan to refinance a newly completed condominium project in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Commercial Observer has learned.<\/p>\n

Edgewood Capital<\/a> supplied the loan for the Terraces condo tower set to debut this fall, sources familiar with the deal told CO. Latitude Group previously secured a $24.5 million construction loan from Linkvest Capital in June 2024 to build the 22-unit development at 527 Orton Avenue, The Real Deal reported<\/a> at the time.\u00a0<\/p>\n

BayBridge Real Estate Capital<\/a> arranged the refi with a team consisting of AJ Felberbaum, Jay Miller, Spencer Miller and Noah Rothman.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Latitude acquired the half-ace development site for the project in 2020 for $3.3 million, according to TRD, citing property records.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sixty percent of the condos at the Terraces have been sold, according to the property\u2019s website<\/a>. The property\u2019s amenities include a fitness center, a yoga studio, a swimming pool, cabanas and a community kitchen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Edgewood Capital, Latitude Group and BayBridge Real Estate Capital did not immediately return requests for comment.<\/p>\n
