(WCTV) &#8211; Taylor County residents got connected to vital health resources on Friday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Doctor\u2019s Memorial Hospital (DMH) hosted its second annual health and wellness expo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">More than 70 health and wellness vendors from across the Big Bend were there, offering healthcare services and information. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Event attendees met participating healthcare providers. This expo is a collaboration between DMH and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text text-center\">More news out of the Big Bend:<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Organizers said the goal is to improve care for people in underserved rural areas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">TMH in Perry\u2019s Operations Manager Katie Morgan shared her excitement for the turnout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cThis year is very large, so we\u2019revery excited to see this turnout,\u201d Morgan said. \u201cLast year it was smaller; it was our first year, and then this year it\u2019s just doubled in size.
