The SUV came to a controlled stop, but the van continued traveling the wrong way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">The front of the van then struck the front of a sedan traveling southbound behind the SUV. Both vehicles came to rest in the middle lane, according to FHP.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">The van driver was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">The sedan\u2019s 27-year-old driver, who is from Tampa, suffered serious injuries. Her 49-year-old Jacksonville passenger suffered critical injuries.
