The culprit is a lurking lumbering upper level low that is slowly moving across the state of Florida. The low will bring extra juice to the atmosphere and pinwheel deep Caribbean moisture in from the south. The result will be a very wet weekend.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/3_311e5b.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1756310\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stormy conditions will continue well into next week. Widespread rainfall totals of 2 \u2013 4 inches are expected, with isolated totals even higher. This could lead to some flash flooding issues.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1_4bb08b.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1756308\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All in all, this will be a good weekend to stay inside. I don\u2019t think it will be a complete washout, but there will be storms around all weekend and you\u2019re going to be rolling the dice if you have outdoor plans. The extra clouds and rain chances will keep highs in the upper-80s to around 90.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/2_4510d4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1756312\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Looking ahead, the rain chances aren\u2019t going anywhere, with numerous storms expected each day through the end of next week.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"576\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1_cf8c33.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1756313\"  \/>Tropical Update: <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s been a record quiet hurricane season in the Atlantic Basin. There is one area with a chance to develop in the middle of the Atlantic near the Azores.
