Prosper Group and Versluys Group unveiled the\u00a0Bugatti Residences Miami, a 60-story\u00a0luxury tower that marks the French automaker<\/a>\u2018s first branded residences in the United States.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The $650 million development will rise at\u00a075 SW Miami Avenue Road, one of Brickell\u2019s<\/a> last available waterfront parcels, and feature 183 condominiums<\/a>, including four penthouses. Sales are set to begin in the first half of 2027.\u00a0<\/p>\n
