(CBS12) \u2014 A Florida woman is facing an aggravated battery charge after deputies say she threw a glass jar of Vegenaise mayonnaise at another driver during a road rage incident.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/search?find=Lee+County+Sheriff%E2%80%99s+Office\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/a>, Christine Sweet was riding in a vehicle traveling on Corkscrew Road in August when the vehicle cut another driver off.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies say Sweet began yelling profanities at the driver as the vehicle slowed down.<\/p>\n<p>When the two vehicles became parallel, investigators say Sweet escalated the confrontation by throwing a glass bottle of Vegenaise mayonnaise at the other driver.<\/p>\n<p>The bottle struck the victim in the face, causing a laceration under her eye, according to deputies.<\/p>\n<p>See also: <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/news\/local\/lake-worth-beach-man-accused-of-chewing-cocaine-throwing-blood-covered-needle-at-nurse-lake-worth-beach-lake-worth-beach-arrest-palm-beach-county-palm-beach-county-sheriffs-office-pbso-cocaine-crack-cocaine-cocaine-possession-drug-arrest-drug\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Lake Worth Beach man accused of chewing cocaine, throwing blood-covered needle at nurse<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sweet then allegedly yelled, \u201cI hit her in the face, go, go, go,\u201d as the vehicle drove away.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies said the getaway did not last long.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, investigators located the vehicle at San Carlos Plaza on South Tamiami Trail and made contact with Sweet.<\/p>\n<p>She was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to the sheriff\u2019s office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"LEE COUNTY, Fla.
