(WINK) \u2014 A former in-home care nurse accused of neglecting a medically fragile child has been sentenced on Tuesday to 30 months in prison following a no-contest plea.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities said Sharlen Pflugrad was responsible for monitoring a child&#8217;s oxygen levels in Sept. 2025. Authorities said the child&#8217;s oxygen levels went down to 79%.
