Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa and developed by Kolter Multifamily, a division of Kolter Group, the project will deliver 336 apartment units and a 7-story parking garage to one of the city\u2019s most active growth corridors. KAST Construction serves as the general contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Rising from a 3.3-acre site, Alton Biscayne will encompass more than 605,000 square feet of space and provide 487 parking spaces. The project will include eight townhome flats, along with a full suite of modern amenities designed for an elevated urban lifestyle.
