Jason Drew went ‘Gulfcoasting’ at Taberna Ol\u00e9 in Fort Myers, where guests can enjoy a special four-course Sizzle Dining menu while helping raise money for Blessings in a Backpack, a nonprofit that provides food to local children facing food insecurity.<\/p>\n

Owner Orlando Fernandez and Culinary Director John Colon welcomed Jason into the kitchen for a behind-the-scenes look at some of the restaurant’s signature offerings featured on the Sizzle menu. Known for its Northern Spanish-inspired cuisine and modern European influences, Taberna Ol\u00e9 has crafted a dining experience that highlights bold flavors and creative presentation.<\/p>\n

One standout from the Sizzle Dining experience is the restaurant’s signature “Call 311” cocktail, a refreshing pairing to complement the multi-course meal. Guests can also enjoy a variety of carefully prepared dishes that showcase the restaurant’s commitment to quality ingredients and authentic flavors.<\/p>\n

Beyond the food, Taberna Ol\u00e9 offers a lively atmosphere with live music on weekends, including performances by Grammy Award-winning Latin artists, giving guests another reason to make a night of their visit.<\/p>\n
