LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 You can run, but according to <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/topic\/Port%20St.%20Lucie%20police\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Port St. Lucie police<\/a>, you cannot hide \u2014 especially under a hotel bed.<\/p>\n<p>Police said officers went to a hotel on Village Parkway on Tuesday after receiving information that 41-year-old Kenneth Robert Ferow II, who was wanted on a Martin County simple battery warrant, was inside a room.<\/p>\n<p>Ferow\u2019s wife told officers he was not there, police said. But officers said they had credible information he was inside and continued investigating before getting permission to check the room.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s when officers looked beneath one of the beds and found Ferow hiding there, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Officers ordered Ferow to come out with his hands visible, and he was taken into custody without incident.<\/p>\n<p>Police said officers found a substance on Ferow that field-tested positive for <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/topic\/Methamphetamine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">methamphetamine<\/a>.
