{"id":410118,"date":"2026-09-25T08:04:14","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T08:04:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/410118\/"},"modified":"2026-09-25T08:04:14","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T08:04:14","slug":"north-thompson-road-reopens-after-septic-to-sewer-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/410118\/","title":{"rendered":"North Thompson Road reopens after septic-to-sewer work\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">North Thompson Road reopened Wednesday afternoon after a month-lone closure for work related to Orange County Utilities\u2019 Wekiwa Springs Septic-to-Sewer Project.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orange County Utilities spokesperson Jamie Floer confirmed the reopening Wednesday in an email to The Apopka Chief.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The road had been closed <a href=\"https:\/\/theapopkachief.com\/north-thompson-road-closes-for-septic-to-sewer-construction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">beginning Aug. 24<\/a> between Reagans Reserve Boulevard and Yvonne Street, including the Thompson Road intersection at Sandpiper Street.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Become A Member<\/p>\n<p>The Apopka Chief does not have a paywall, but pavement-pounding journalism is not free.
