She’s relocating to South Florida to look for a new, and very rich, husband, she told The Post.

Mugrabi’s comments, made from the mansion, are an about-face from last week, when she indicated she planned to stay put at the Bridgehampton property. But with the deadline for the sale to be completed nearing, if not already passed, Mugrabi said she doesn’t “want to be thrown out” — which she physically could be if she refuses to leave.

Libbie Mugrabi inside the Hamptons mansion, which she says she’s leaving in the next week. Tamara Beckwith/NY Post

Mugrabi lost the mansion in a court-ordered auction in August, and says she’s heading to South Florida. Dennis A. Clark for NY Post

The departure would end a two-year odyssey that took Mugrabi from ownership of a grand Bridgehampton estate to losing it at a riotous court-ordered auction on Southampton Town Hall’s steps for $5.86 million.

Mugrabi got the 10,687-square-foot Hamptons mansion and its surrounding 6.8 acres as part of her 2020 divorce settlement from art patron David Mugrabi, whose billionaire family is said to have the largest collection of Andy Warhol works in the world.

The subsequent dispute over the dwelling stems from Mugrabi admittedly paying nothing on a $3.5 million loan she took out against the home. Her lender had battled her in a Suffolk County court to receive the proceeds back.

Mugrabi said her priorities from here on out are getting more deeply into the art world and “interviewing (prospective) husbands who will take care of me.”

The impressive spread is nearly 11,000 square feet. I’ve been going around with these young, hot models, but no more.”

The way Mugrabi sees it, “A woman my age shouldn’t not be married.”

Mugrabi, who is in her mid-40s, added her new spouse will have to understand, “I’m not going the way of Diana,” to whom Mugrabi has compared herself in terms of the princess’s claims the royal family tried to keep a tight rein on her by controlling how she dressed and generally presented herself.

Mugrabi said arrangements she is making include shipping the cars she got in her divorce settlement, said to include a Ferrari and a Porsche.

Mugrabi and her ex-husband David Mugrabi in a 2010 photo. Patrick McMullan via Getty Images

Henry Ikezi, who ran for Queens Borough President last year, won the property at the raucous auction. Dennis A. Clark for NY Post

The question remains whether the auction winner, area politician and real estate investor Henry Ikezi, has wrapped up his purchase of the home.

Ikezi declined to comment on the status of his plans to pay the auction price. Suffolk County Clerk records as of Friday morning showed the owner to be the company that made the loan to her, an affiliate of REO Assets of America, in Great Neck, N.Y. This could mean the transaction has not been completed or the new deed has not been processed through the system.

Ikezi sent The Post photos of bags stuffed with clothing and sheaves of legal papers he said are evidence of Mugrabi packing. They could not immediately be verified.

Ikezi, who likes to refer to himself as Sir Henry Ike, has a worth of $24 million on paper as the biggest single shareholder of Solidion Technology, an early-stage advanced battery developer. Ikezi also had an unsuccessful run for Queens Borough President and invested in residential properties.

The countdown for Ikezi to complete the purchase began at the Aug. 28 auction and gave him 30 or 45 days, depending on how the sale is legally structured.

Despite the drama surrounding the home’s sale, Mugrabi said there are some bright spots.

“There are still a lot of good memories here,” Mugrabi said, which includes raising her two children in the home.

[6
163073,28,30,29,803,10462,480,804,163074,121870
post-411134","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-florida","tag-auctions","tag-florida","tag-florida-headlines","tag-florida-news","tag-luxury-real-estate","tag-mansions","tag-real-estate","tag-residential-real-estate","tag-socialites","tag-the-hamptons
["GET
