Photographer @bioreconstruct <\/a>has shared new photos on X of the ride vehicle clearance testing occurring on the new Fast & Furious coaster at Universal Orlando Resort.<\/p>\n

Clearance testing was first being set-up at the ride<\/a> last week, with more photos <\/a>of the testing shared a few days later.<\/p>\n

As shown in this photo taken by @bioreconstruct<\/a>, the ride car has four seats, but three more cars will be attached to create a full train. The frame around the car is for envelope testing, to ensure there\u2019s enough clearance for guests\u2019 heads and arms. The frame also represents the car when turned at a 90\u00b0 angle.<\/p>\n

Bioreconstruct notes that the car, seen at left, is currently a very short distance outside the mid-course brake run. This photo was taken from CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort.<\/p>\n

The green line in this photo is where the pull test car has traveled so far along the track. The car is likely halfway through the ride based on how much track there is left to cover.<\/p>\n
