La Sponda opened September 19 at Vita at Grove Isle (4 Grove Isle Drive), the elegant new restaurant from Gioia Hospitality Group \u2014 the father-daughter team of Thomas and Kassidy Angelo behind Daniel\u2019s Miami.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chef Danny Ganem\u2019s menu runs on handmade pasta, crudo, antipasti, and live-fire seafood, with a wine list built on Barolo, Barbaresco, Tuscan reds, and Etna wines.
