JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 A man was shot multiple times Sunday night during an argument at a home on Jacksonville\u2019s Westside, according to police.<\/p>\n

The Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office said officers were called around 7:45 p.m. to a home on California Avenue about two blocks south of 103rd Street in the Jacksonville Heights neighborhood of the Westside. <\/p>\n

They found a man in his mid-40s suffering from several gunshot wounds. The man was taken to a hospital where he was last listed in critical but stable condition.<\/p>\n

Investigators said they learned the man was in an argument inside the home with another person, who pulled out a gun and shot the man multiple times.<\/p>\n

JSO said they believe the incident was isolated to the individuals involved, although it\u2019s unclear how or if the two people know each other.<\/p>\n
