Of those units, 21 will be a mix of three-bedroom to five-bedroom condos, while the remaining 14 would be designated as workforce housing. The latter homes would be smaller in scale, ranging from studio to one-bedroom layouts and averaging around 510 square feet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/floridiandevelopment.com\/turnbridge-equities-proposes-20-story-reserve-at-one-sunset-in-sunset-harbour-through-the-live-local-act\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Floridian Development<\/a> reports that the workforce housing units are a strategic move to bypass certain regulations around the building\u2019s height; residency would be reserved for households earning at least 120 percent of the area median income (AMI).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42240\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Screenshot-2026-09-27-at-9.33.46-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"707\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The tower would measure 20 stories. Reserve at One Sunset is more the sum of its residences and amenities; plans call for 4,343 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Future tenants would likely include cafes or fast casual dining.<\/p>\n<p>Turnbridge Equities is the developer. ODP Architecture is the architect. Renderings show that Reserve at One Sunset would soar 323 feet at its highest point, with each floor spanning about 13 feet high.<\/p>\n<p>Reserve at One Sunset\u2019s official address is <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/iaWDS6ouFR8pkbEv6\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">1920 Alton Boulevard, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139<\/a>, in Miami-Dade County.
