(WINK) \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fgua.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The Florida Governmental Utility Authority<\/a> issued a boil water advisory for the Lake Fairways Country Club Community after a planned outage to repair a faulty valve and fire hydrant.<\/p>\n<p>The FGUA notified residents of a temporary shutdown of services to complete repairs. The outage impacts 970 customers, according to the FGUA.<\/p>\n<p>As a precaution, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advise that all water used for drinking and cooking be boiled. The CDC indicates that a rolling boil for a period of one minute is sufficient to render water free of bacteria, viruses and protozoa.<\/p>\n<p>Bottled water may be used as an alternative.
