The nonprofit announced Sept. 23 that Carrico had stepped down.<\/p>\nHe says he will complete his current city council term, which ends June 30, 2027, before shifting his focus to the new firm.<\/p>\n

Carrico and Carrico Jacobson says they also want to establish operations in Europe, initially in Madrid, Spain. The Jacksonville City Council announced last week that Kevin Carrico was named a trustee of the Madrid-based World Law Foundation, a nonprofit which provides organizational structure for programs promoting the rule of law globally.<\/p>\n
Kevin Carrico told Jacksonville Today that Alignment\u2019s office will be above the Irish pub Keane\u2019s Tavern on East Bay Street. He says the office space is renovated and they\u2019ve applied for a certificate of occupancy with the city. <\/p>\n
The business paperwork is currently working through the state\u2019s approval process in Tallahassee, Carrico said in a text message Monday. <\/p>\n
