Morning rain will give way to mostly cloudy skies this afternoon, with a high around 82 degrees and southeast winds at 5 to 10 mph.<\/p>\n<p>A Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect until 2 p.m. Tuesday for coastal Miami-Dade County.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight, skies will remain mostly cloudy, with isolated thunderstorms developing late and a low around 77 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected, with a high near 83 degrees and east winds at 10 to 20 mph.
