For over two decades, Hump! Film Festival has softened the stigma surrounding amateur porn by showcasing short-form, sex-positive erotica (each film is five minutes or less). Tampa gets its licks in this weekend at Sun-Ray Cinema.

Founded in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington by Savage Love columnist Dan Savage, Hump (stylized “HUMP!”) has finally made it to the Bay area so that audiences can thoughtfully contemplate (then rate) moving images about intimacy, identity and connection.

“What began as a bold experiment has grown into a global showcase of boundary-pushing cinema where emerging voices and seasoned creators present work that is as thoughtful as it is provocative,” promo materials say.

Expect roughly two dozen films—including “Squirter”, “Snow Plow,” “Plug In Fin Out” and more—at each of the two showings, but know that phones, being an asshole, and trying to get naked and play in the audience, are all strictly prohibited.

Tickets to see the 2026 Hump! Film Festival at Sun-Ray Cinema in Tampa on Saturday, Oct. 3 are still available and start at $15.
