According to new photos published by TMZ<\/a> and People<\/a>, Happy Death Day actor Rachel Lynn Matthews dressed up as Katy Perry herself on October 31…which is awkward, considering she\u2019s rumored to be dating Katy\u2019s ex, Orlando Bloom.<\/p>\n

Yep, you read that correctly. According to pics posted to her since-expired Instagram Stories, Rachel dressed as the \u201cCalifornia Gurls\u201d singer in a black wig and blue space suit that resembles Katy\u2019s outfit from her Blue Origin space mission back in April.<\/p>\n

She posed alongside the Lord of the Rings actor in a close-up shot, but the second pic in particular seems like a nod to Katy kissing the ground as she returned from her 11-minute mission with Gayle King, Lauren S\u00e1nchez, Amanda Nguy\u1ec5n, and Aisha Bowe:<\/p>\n

The timing of it all is\u2026interesting, considering Katy dropped a new track, \u201cBandaids\u201d<\/a>\u2014which is seemingly about her split from Orly\u2014just a few days ago on Friday, November 7. She sings about the fallout of a relationship in lyrics like, \u201cGot so used to you letting me down \/ No use trying to send flowers now \/ Telling myself you\u2019ll change you don\u2019t \/ Bandaids over a broken heart.\u201d<\/p>\n

In July 2025, Katy and Orlando released a joint statement confirming their split after nine years together. They made it clear that things are cool between them and that they intend to co-parent their young daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, together.<\/p>\n
