(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysuncoast.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.mysuncoast.com\/\">WWSB<\/a>) &#8211; An 11-year-old boy is charged with one count of misdemeanor failure to register his motorbike after an incident on Labor Day, according to Oviedo Police. His father said the boy had to miss school to appear in court.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police said the boy was too young to operate the motorbike. According to Oviedo Police, the vehicle was not a standard e-bike.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cHe\u2019s driving a dirt bike, 4500 watts, 50 miles an hour. You know, this is a motorcycle, you know, you can\u2019t be riding it, all right?\u201d the officer said. \u201cSo just because you signed this ticket doesn\u2019t mean you\u2019re admitting to any guilt, okay, buddy?\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The boy\u2019s attorney entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
