Layout plans include 101 one-bedroom, 140 two-bedroom, and 34 three-bedroom units, and they would range from 770 to 1,345 square feet. So far, the firm has invested more than $40 million in the project. The firm has dozens of projects in 22 different states. This marks the developer\u2019s first foray into the Jacksonville market.<\/p>\n<p>Garrett at EverRange is set for a late 2027 completion. The 275-unit apartment complex is unfolding at <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/iwZhMBRt4aJbBmds9\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">12331 Ever Range Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida, 32256<\/a>, in Duval County.
