Developed by BI Group USA and designed by Kobi Karp, the project features interiors by 2ID Interiors, with Winmar Construction serving as general contractor. BI Group USA is the North American arm of Central Asia-based BI Group.<\/p>\n<p>The pour involved 664 cubic yards of concrete across approximately 26,200 square feet.
