Monroe St. in Jacksonville.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">State Attorney Melissa Nelson, Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters, Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan and representatives from area law enforcement agencies and domestic violence centers are expected to attend. A survivor of domestic violence will also share her story.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">Immediately after the press conference, Hubbard House will join the Duval County Clerk of Courts in planting purple flags outside the Duval County Courthouse.
