PETERSBURG, Fla. \u2013 Emergency crews responded Friday morning to both sides of the Howard Frankland Bridge.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple northbound lanes were blocked on the hump of the bridge due to what authorities called police investigation with water activity. The Coast Guard also responded.<\/p>\n<p>There were some southbound delays as well. Those lanes were cleared by 7:30 a.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The northbound lanes cleared a short time later but some delays remained.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Authorities have not released any further information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"ST.
