TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Cloudy with rounds of showers through the weekend.<\/p>\n

Summer-like end to the week<\/p>\n
Mostly to partly cloudy with occasional showers and a few rumbles of thunder this afternoon. The best chance of rain will be this afternoon and evening. <\/p>\n
I am expecting hit-or-miss showers and storms, like yesterday, so there will be some areas that avoid the rain this afternoon. Outside of showers, it will be mostly cloudy and humid, with high temperatures reaching the mid-80s for most spots. <\/p>\n
For football Friday night, I would grab the raincoat. I think any showers that move through will be 30 to 45 minutes at most.<\/p>\n
More showers this weekend<\/p>\n
Between the two weekend days, Sunday looks more soggy. Isolated to scattered showers on Saturday morning, becoming more numerous in the afternoon and evening. The earlier you get things done in the day, the better. <\/p>\n
For college football games, plan on occasional showers and mostly cloudy skies. The mid-afternoon kickoffs may face the possibility of delays due to weather, so be prepared for that. Showers stick around throughout the evening and overnight.<\/p>\n
Rain will get going early on Sunday and be on and off throughout much of the day. Overcast with highs in the 70s west, 80s in the eastern Big Bend. <\/p>\n
Rain continues next week<\/p>\n
Shower chances stick around through early next week. Especially on Monday and early Tuesday. Mostly cloudy skies and showers will keep temperatures in the 70s most of the day. Rain totals 3 to 5 inches through early next week.<\/p>\n
Winds crank up on Tuesday and Wednesday with gusts between 20 and 25 mph. This will help to bring in less humid air mid to late week. Highs back into the low 80s.<\/p>\n
A chance of rain continues late week. However, it will not be as widespread as earlier in the week. Highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.<\/p>\n
Beach and boating<\/p>\n
Rip currents will be dangerous this weekend. So swimming is not advised. You will likely see red flags through early next week. Additionally, showers and storms will lead to rough waters and higher waves. <\/p>\n
Water temperature: 83<\/p>\n
Friday: A chance for showers and storms. Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. A moderate chop on the bays and protected waters. Seas 3 to 4 feet.<\/p>\n
Saturday: Showers and storms likely. Southeast winds 10 to 20 knots. A moderate chop on the bays and protected waters. Seas 3 to 4 feet.<\/p>\n
Sunday: Showers and storms likely. Southeast winds 10 to 25 knots. A moderate chop on the bays and protected waters. Seas 3 to 4 feet.<\/p>\n
