SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders) is a free program offered by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco & Pinellas. Specially trained volunteers can assist with Medicare and health insurance questions by providing free one-on-one counseling and information. SHINE services are free, unbiased, and confidential. Call 727-363-9238 or register at the Circulation Desk for a Medicare counseling session for help during the open enrollment process. In the history of mankind, burials are ancient, but cemeteries are relatively new.
