(WFLA) \u2014 The Tampa Police Department said information provided by neighbors was instrumental in identifying and arresting a man accused of first-degree murder.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officers responded to a reported shooting at North Nebraska Avenue and East McEwen Avenue just after 4 p.m. on September 22, TPD said.
