Location:
\nThis role is based in Miami or Boca Raton, FL, with a hybrid work model.<\/p>\n

The Role:
\nAs a Venture Builder \u2013 Strategy & Operations Analyst, you\u2019ll help GreenLight reach its next level of scale. You will:<\/p>\n
Own and improve complex, cross-functional workflows
\nDesign systems and automations for a lean team
\nUse AI tools every day to do better work, faster
\nHelp build and train GreenLight\u2019s own AI tools and models You\u2019ll work directly with leadership across Product, Operations, Finance, and Sales. This is a hands-on role in a venture environment: ambiguous problems, real responsibility, and visible impact.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do:
\nYou\u2019ll typically own 2\u20133 workflows or problem areas at a time. Across those areas, you will:<\/p>\n
Map, analyze, and improve processes (e.g., client onboarding, worker classification queues, pricing and margin analysis, internal reporting).<\/p>\n
Use AI copilots (e.g., ChatGPT and related tools), spreadsheets, and basic data tools to:Analyze data
\nIdentify bottlenecks
\nGenerate and test options<\/p>\n
Design and document repeatable systems and SOPs so work scales smoothly across teams.<\/p>\n
Build or support no-code\/low-code and AI-assisted automations to reduce manual work and improve quality.<\/p>\n
Translate real-world operational issues into clear requirements for Product and Engineering, especially around AI-powered features.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the development and training of internal AI models\/tools, including:<\/p>\n
Structuring and labeling data<\/p>\n
Designing and refining prompts<\/p>\n
Helping define evaluation criteria and feedback loops<\/p>\n
Define and track KPIs for your areas of ownership and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Experience & Requirements:<\/p>\n
1\u20132 years of experience in:Consulting, banking, PE\/VC, strategy, business operations, product operations, or
\nAn analytical\/operations role in a SaaS or tech company
\nExceptionally strong new grads with substantial, relevant internships will be considered.<\/p>\n
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for:Research and summarization
\nData or spreadsheet work
\nDrafting documents or analyses
\nPrototyping workflows or automations<\/p>\n
Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Excel\/Google Sheets.SQL, BI tools, or light scripting (e.g., Python) are a plus, not a requirement.<\/p>\n
Experience working with processes, operations, or internal tooling is a plus.<\/p>\n
Excellent written and verbal communication.<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent practical experience.<\/p>\n
