(WCTV) &#8211; There\u2019s a reason the old saying \u201cthat\u2019s why the play the games\u201d has endured for so long.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Case in point, Saturday at Doak Campbell Stadium.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Amid a sea of negativity and coming into a home ACC matchup as an underdog, the Florida State Seminoles sprang to life, hanging 38 unanswered on the Virginia Cavaliers to dominate the visiting Wahoos, 38-7.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The offensive outburst for the \u2018Noles (3-2, 1-1 ACC) was led by quarterback Ashton Daniels, who rushed for a program record five touchdowns and was responsible for every FSU trip to the end zone.
